2. Age Restrictions

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments may be made in full or through approved installment plans as displayed at checkout. By completing payment, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

Refunds may be considered when:

• A duplicate or erroneous payment is verified because of a payment system error.
• A verified platform technical failure prevents course access and cannot be resolved within seven business days.
• A course is canceled by us and no suitable alternative is provided.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, partial/full participation, non-completion, failure to meet external credentialing criteria, or changes in personal/professional circumstances.

Requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Third-party transaction fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access.

6. Disclaimers

• Courses are educational and do not guarantee certification unless issued by the relevant credentialing body.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep services secure and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

7. Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics

Users must conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and ethically.

You agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with instructors, staff, and peers.
• Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language.
• Avoid harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior.
• Represent participation truthfully and avoid misuse of our brand or course titles.
• Use skills gained from our programs in compliance with applicable laws, ethical guidelines, and credentialing standards.

Breaches may result in removal from services without refund, account termination, and reporting to relevant credentialing bodies where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SZ Behavior Consultancy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using all content obtained through our services.
